Shots in Love is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the company, including, but not limited to, obtrusive quests, lateness of the client or quests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the company, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations.
  -  Shots in Love is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions, which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage.
  -  Shots in Love is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the event(s).
  -  Shots in Love is limited by the rules and guidelines of the locations and site  management.
  -  The client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the company.
  -  Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the client’s responsibility. The company will offer technical recommendations only.
  -  In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer from the company is unable to perform according to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the company, the company will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received for the event(s).
  -  The final post-production, editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the company's discretion.
  -  In the spirit of cooperation, the client agrees to give the company’s staff precedence over the quests in order to take the photographs required for the services described above.
  -  Shots in Love cannot be held liable for a lack of wedding photos if guests hold their own photos of the clients, continually interrupting the photographer's work.
  -  The client is liable to pay the payment on a three-tier basis. 50% on the time of reserving dates, 30% on the last day of the event, and the rest 20% on the delivery date of final output.
